Phantom Beast Toys

A guide to crafting, collecting and equipping toys, with a catalogue of all 17 stat toys.

What toys do

Phantom Beast Toys are support equipment fitted to a pet’s toy slot outside battle. They are not consumable battle items: an equipped toy adds a fixed bonus to one of five attributes, including in combat calculations. Toys do not change aptitude, growth rate, skills, permanent base attributes or appearance.

Crafting with the Master Carpenter

Visit the Carpenter Shop in Wheat Human Village and speak to the Master Carpenter. Choose a toy recipe, bring its four listed materials and one Toy Blank, then pay 50,000 Gold. Crafting takes 12 hours and always succeeds when the requirements are met. Work skill level differences, titles and luck do not affect it. Missing materials or Gold mean the order cannot be placed, not a failed crafting roll. Return to collect one finished toy.

One uncollected order per character

Toys and carts share one crafting queue per character. An order blocks any further toy or cart order while it is being made and after it is ready but uncollected. Collect the finished item before ordering again. Other characters on the same account have their own independent queues.

Equip from your bag

Select a toy in your bag and use it to equip your currently deployed, eligible Phantom Beast. Check which companion is deployed and whether it meets the toy’s level requirement. If no eligible pet is deployed, the game will not choose another for you. Once equipped, that instance is no longer an ordinary item available in your bag.

Remove, replace and switch companions

Deploy the companion wearing the toy, open its toy section in the pet panel and choose Remove. The same toy returns to your bag. If the bag is full, clear space first: removal and replacements that return an old item are refused, leaving the original equipment and bonus intact. Nothing is mailed or discarded automatically. Switching from pet A to pet B leaves A’s toy with A; it works again when A returns.

A fixed bonus to one attribute

There are 17 stat toys in three tiers: pet level 60, 80 and 100, granting +20, +40 and +60 respectively to one attribute. Constitution, Strength, Endurance, Magic or Agility is rolled once when the toy is collected. Equipping it again does not reroll it. Toys in the same tier share this effect; a different design does not imply a different training multiplier. The individual item’s in-game display is the final reference.

Names, icons and tiers below come from the current formal registry. Starlight Carriage and Toy Train are stat toys too; their designs do not grant cart transport. Woodland Horn and Top Hat are included in the full set of 17.

Toys and carts

Toys and Phantom Beast Carts are related but separate support systems. They share a crafting queue and occupy the same equipment slot on a pet, so only one can be equipped and active at a time. Make room for the old item before switching types. A cart keeps its own recipe, cost, crafting time and transport rules.

Your bag and the bank

Toys are tradable, unbound equipment with no ordinary doll durability or repair system. Only a toy actually in your bag can be deposited in the bank. Remove an equipped toy first; withdraw a stored toy to your bag before using it. Check its current location before moving it.
