This document serves as the official legal gateway on the website: providing public access to the operating entity and official channels, copyright and trademark statements, third-party identifiers, infringement notification procedures, open licensing for republishing, open-source software declarations, AI player service explanations, and other legal notices. Separate dedicated documents govern privacy policies, player behavior, website usage, account security, and sales and refund matters.

1. Official Identity, Operating Entity, and Access to Legal Documents

DAWNBLOOM is operated by 上海追光智创文化传媒有限公司. The table identifies its sole global website and regional language entry points. Regional entries only lead to the main site and create no separate operator, account, payment or download service, or database. The operator has supplied the company registration identity for the China entry. The Japan entry was registered with assistance; its registered holder and formal authorization remain to be verified. This document does not claim company ownership of the Japan domain. Domain suffixes establish neither Mainland China hosting or ICP filing nor a Japanese corporation or branch. Other sites, groups, stores and social accounts are official only when expressly listed by the main site.

Anti-Scam Reminder: The official DAWNBLOOM, the Dawn Spirit, and its staff will never request your account password, payment password, full bank card details, or a complete one-time verification code via private messages. If you encounter someone claiming to be a "GM," "customer service," or "official representative" who asks you to transfer money privately, install unverified software, share your screen, or provide passwords or full verification codes, stop all actions immediately and verify the request through the official website or official customer service channels.

2. Intellectual Property and Brand Identity of DAWNBLOOM

Except as otherwise explicitly marked or owned by a third party, the content of DAWNBLOOM and its official website, client application, and promotional channels—including game names, logos, characters, Phantom Beasts, maps, worldviews, storylines, copywriting, artwork, interfaces, icons, animations, music, sound effects, videos, website visual design, software code, database structure, and other original and creative elements—is protected by copyright, trademark law, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, and other applicable laws.

DAWNBLOOM-owned material also includes the six apps’ names, icons, interfaces, client designs, product pages, published screenshots, and code. News reports, websites visited in Browser, user mail, and mail-provider content do not become DAWNBLOOM property merely because an app displays them.

"DAWNBLOOM" "DAWNBLOOM" and related graphic marks serve as the official brand identifiers for the project. The trademark applications, registrations, and protection scope are subject to the final approval and designated goods and services as determined by the national intellectual property administration authorities. The registered trademark symbol (®) and similar designations shall be used solely when the trademark has been legally approved and registered, and is being used within the officially designated scope; any marks currently undergoing application, examination, or pending final approval shall not be promoted in a manner that may mislead the public into believing they have obtained exclusive trademark rights.

The rights statements in this document do not expand upon the exclusive rights granted by law, nor do they restrict lawful, reasonable uses such as citation, commentary, news reporting, or other uses that do not require separate permission.

3. Free Redistribution License for Officially Public Content

DAWNBLOOM Welcome players, media, streamers, communities, and content creators to disseminate publicly available game information. For content that has been officially released through the official website, official community platforms, or official social media accounts, and that has not otherwise specified usage restrictions, the operator hereby grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license for republishing and sharing, without the need for prior approval:

For adaptation to articles, videos, live streams, social media, or different formats, necessary scaling, cropping, compression, subtitling, or format conversion may be performed; however, the official content's original intent must not be distorted, official statements must not be forged, source confusion must not be caused, or official identity must not be impersonated. It is also prohibited to mislead the public into believing that any related content, products, or services have obtained official authorization, certification, or endorsement from DAWNBLOOM.

3.1 This free redistribution license does NOT extend to the following:

Normal live streaming, recorded streaming, guide videos, comments, fan fiction discussions, and community sharing by players are not subject to additional restrictions under this license; when involving third-party music, fonts, platform logos, or other third-party materials, such usage shall also comply with the rules of the respective rights holders.

4. Player-Generated Content, DAWNBLOOM Community, and Copyright Complaints

"DAWNBLOOM Community" is the official player community name for "DAWNBLOOM," and this name shall serve as a formal community brand and remain in effect regardless of any changes to the game's brand name. DAWNBLOOM Community permits players to upload images, guides, posts, comments, and other content in accordance with community rules. Players retain, in principle, the rights they legally hold over their original content, with specific licensing and usage guidelines available in the "Official Website and DAWNBLOOM Community Terms of Use."

If you believe that user-generated content on the official DAWNBLOOM Community or other DAWNBLOOM official pages infringes upon your copyright, trademark rights, right of portrait, reputation rights, or any other legitimate rights and interests, you may submit a complaint through the official legal/copyright contact channel. For verification purposes, we recommend providing:

Upon receiving a notice containing basic verifiable information, the operator shall, based on the nature of the content, preliminary evidence, and applicable laws, promptly take reasonable actions such as contacting the content publisher, restricting display, temporarily blocking, removing content, disconnecting links, preserving evidence, restoring accidentally deleted content, providing channels for appeals or counter-notifications, or dismissing clearly unfounded complaints.

Under current Chinese network copyright regulations and judicial practices, the "notice—takedown/removal" mechanism is emphasized. Copyright infringement notices must include information sufficient to identify the content and preliminary evidence substantiating the claim of rights or infringement; upon receipt of a valid notice, the platform shall promptly take necessary actions based on the specific circumstances.

5. Copyright Complaints from U.S. Users

If you believe content on DAWNBLOOM Community or the official website infringes your copyright, send the content URL, details of the protected work, proof of ownership or authorization, and a contact email to [email protected]. We will review and respond under the applicable rules.

[email protected] is currently the general copyright complaint channel. This page does not claim that a designated agent has been registered under DMCA §512, or present the general mailbox as a registered designated agent.

If a dedicated U.S. notice, takedown, and counter-notice process is introduced, its scope, required information, and handling steps will be published at the formal entry point.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may also request a review through that email with the original content URL, removal notice, basis of your rights or authorization, and contact details.

6. Japanese Copyright and Player-Generated Content

When providing content to Japanese users, any public reposting, uploading, or use of third-party works must generally comply with Japan's Copyright Act and the scope of authorization held by the respective rights holders. The license granted by DAWNBLOOM for reposting official materials covers only the official content explicitly permitted in Section 3 of this document and does not constitute authorization from any other rights holder.

If content uploaded by Japanese users is complained about by rights holders, the operator may conduct verification and handling in accordance with applicable laws, platform rules, and the mechanisms specified in Section 4 of this document. For the applicable boundaries of fan fiction, live streaming, video editing, and other fan works, see the current Fan Content and Derivative Works Guidelines.

7. Trademark and Third-Party Brand Statements

DAWNBLOOM website, client application, or promotional materials may reference third-party names, trademarks, service marks, or official logos to illustrate platform compatibility, download entry points, payment methods, community channels, or related services. Such references are for identification purposes only and do not imply that the third party participates in the development, distribution, operation, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement of DAWNBLOOM, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

Names and marks such as Apple, Google, Microsoft, Steam, App Store, Google Play, Gmail, and Outlook belong to their respective owners. A compatibility or store-link reference does not imply partnership or endorsement.

Third-Party Identifier ExamplesExplanation

The operator will strive to use official logos and brand assets provided by third parties, and will comply with requirements regarding size, spacing, color, labeling, and "no implied endorsement." Third-party brand guidelines may be updated; the official website shall follow the most recent official guidelines issued by the third party.

8. Open Source Software and Third-Party Component Declarations

The DAWNBLOOM game client, server, official website, or related development tools may include or rely on third-party open-source software, libraries, frameworks, fonts, audio/image processing components, and other technologies. Such third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses, copyright notices, attribution requirements, and other applicable terms.

The apps, website, and game may each use open-source components. Notices follow the components in the version actually distributed; those licenses do not grant DAWNBLOOM rights over unrelated third-party content.

At official release, the operator shall maintain an Open Source Notices / Open Source Software Disclosure page or include a license list with the software distribution, fulfilling obligations required by MIT, Apache, BSD, OFL, LGPL/GPL, or any other actual license used.

Third-party open-source projects, authors, foundations, or rights holders shall not be automatically considered sponsors, partners, certifiers, or endorsers of DAWNBLOOM merely because their technology is used.

9. External Links, Third-Party Services, and Content Accuracy

The official website may include links to Steam, the App Store, social media platforms, payment services, customer support platforms, or other third-party services. Third-party websites and services are operated independently by their respective entities, and DAWNBLOOM cannot control their availability, content, privacy practices, regional restrictions, service terms, or policy changes.

News sources, external sites, mail providers, and app stores control their own content, accounts, and terms. Official software links are published on dawnbloom.net or in stores expressly linked from it.

The official website will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of announcements, guides, download instructions, compatibility information, and other publicly available content, but the game will continue to be developed and updated. Screenshots, concept art, test features, planned platform support, and content not yet officially released may be adjusted, postponed, or canceled based on actual development progress. Except as otherwise required by law or where a page explicitly constitutes a product or service commitment, content displayed during the development phase does not constitute an irrevocable guarantee for future versions.

Posts, comments, guides, and other user-generated content (UGC) posted by players on DAWNBLOOM Community reflect only their individual opinions and do not necessarily represent the official stance of DAWNBLOOM.

10. Dawnbloom Guide and AI Player Services

DAWNBLOOM AI is the Company's brand for its intelligent interaction system and technical services, while DAWNBLOOM Fairy is the user-facing intelligent companion and interactive persona within the same service system. DAWNBLOOM AI 2.0 denotes the public version of this intelligent service system; it does not mean that the Company independently trained a foundational large language model. “DAWNBLOOM Fairy” is the intelligent game assistant and AI player service entry point provided by DAWNBLOOM to players. It can answer questions about player-visible gameplay, quests, classes, phantom beasts, maps, events and guides, and can also assist with or guide the handling of account security, game assets, top-up orders, abnormal states and customer service tickets. The services are limited to questions and answers about public game and product knowledge, natural-language text conversations, player service guidance, and Intelligent UI interface capabilities actually made available. Language support on the official website does not expand the language coverage of the game client or any of the six software products. Image generation or editing, creation of PDFs, Word documents, slides or spreadsheets, and general office automation are not currently provided.

Dawnbloom Guide can assist players with or guide them in resolving issues including, but not limited to:

For questions that can be assessed directly from public materials, DAWNBLOOM Fairy can provide immediate answers or resolution guidance. For matters requiring verification of server data, such as account security, transaction records, game assets, data recovery, losses caused by theft and penalty appeals, DAWNBLOOM Fairy can assist with identity verification, organize necessary information, generate processing workflows, create or forward formal service tickets, and assist with verification based on server records, operation logs and other reliable data. Intelligent UI combines answers with interactive information cards, feature entry points and confirmation interfaces. Information about phantom beasts, equipment, items, personal game records and account security is provided only to the extent that the relevant feature has been made available, the user has lawfully authorized access to their own information, and the backend has verified identity and the corresponding permissions. The appearance of an AI answer, card or button does not mean that an action has been executed. Sensitive actions must undergo formal verification and any necessary confirmation, and the system result is authoritative. The permission system must not be bypassed to modify player data or read another person's non-public information.

Dawnbloom Guide will not directly modify game assets or backend data solely upon a player's request. Matters involving item restoration, phantom beast restoration, abnormal gold or magic coins, loss due to theft, transaction disputes, reward issuance, or account penalties must be handled based on actual records, rule-based permissions, and necessary review procedures. To protect account security, Dawnbloom Guide will never request players to provide account passwords or full one-time verification codes. For high-risk account operations, official identity verification mechanisms will still be required for confirmation.

DAWNBLOOM shall not disclose backend fields, internal calculation formulas, unannounced probabilities, internal multipliers, security strategies, vulnerability exploitation methods, unpublished planning documents, administrator information, or any other non-public data to players. The AI system may exhibit understanding errors, information lag, or incomplete expression; if any response from Dawnbloom Guide conflicts with official announcements, product pages, Privacy Policy, Player Rules & Enforcement Policy, Sales & Refund Terms, officially verified data, or manually reviewed results, the latter shall prevail.

The technical integration uses Qwen capabilities provided through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio; model access uses an endpoint in the Tokyo, Japan region. The endpoint's region does not mean that all user data is processed exclusively in Japan, nor does it replace verification of the actual service agreements, provider logs, training controls, retention settings and cross-border obligations. OpenAI Codex contributes to knowledge system development, feature development, interaction design and ongoing optimization. This does not automatically give it access to user chat data or mean that it trained the Qwen foundational model.

11. Security Vulnerabilities, Legal Notices, and Law Enforcement Requests

If you discover vulnerabilities in the official website, account system, DAWNBLOOM Community, AI customer service, or game services that may endanger player accounts, data, or service security, we recommend responsibly disclosing them via [email protected] or official customer support. Do not publicly disclose exploit details, methods for copying items, attack scripts, login credentials, personal information of others, or internal backend data that could be immediately misused.

Requests for information retention, disclosure, deletion, blocking, or assistance submitted by courts, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other legally authorized entities shall be reviewed and processed based on applicable laws, request authority, authenticity, and necessity. The boundaries for personal information disclosure and retention are as specified in the Privacy Policy.

12. Regional Legal Information Index

This page serves as a general legal information entry point and does not replace mandatory statutory disclosures required by applicable jurisdictions. If changes occur regarding the operating entity, server location, payment processing method, seller information, forum UGC model, or app store policies, the corresponding legal pages shall be updated accordingly.
