02 / SIX CLEAR STEPS
From agreement to delivery.

Agree the transaction
Agree the reference, condition, accessories and locked sale price; pay a 10% deposit.

Create the inspection group
The agreed inspection centre creates a dedicated WeChat group to coordinate inspection and the transaction.

Send the watch
DAWNBLOOM WATCH sends the watch to the agreed inspection centre by SF Express.
- 04
Physical inspection
Typically 1–3 working days, sometimes the same day; timing depends on the provider’s actual acceptance and workload.
- 05
Review the evidence
The provider shares its report and typically around 100 high-resolution detail photographs at 10× magnification; actual deliverables vary. Review and confirm before paying the 90% balance.
- 06
Delivery after payment
Once DAWNBLOOM WATCH confirms receipt of the balance, the inspection centre arranges SF Express delivery to you.
The report date is the normal balance-payment day. 18:00 is a same-day dispatch reference, not a payment deadline; payment later that day is accepted, usually for next-day dispatch. See the transaction guide for disputes, extensions and shipping arrangements.

Ask your advisor for an indicative fee first. Chargeable inspection is arranged only after your approval, with payment directly to the provider’s verified channel in the group. DAWNBLOOM WATCH does not collect it. It is separate from the 10% deposit and 90% balance and is not automatically credited to the watch price.

05 / TWO ESSENTIAL VIEWS
A clear photograph is the first step.
Provide at least high-resolution front and back photographs. Use even light, avoid reflections, and keep key details unobstructed, sharp and unretouched.

07 / UNDERSTAND THE CONCLUSION
A clear opinion, with clear limits.
The report is an opinion based on the photographs you supply, not brand-official certification. It cannot replace opening the case, verifying the movement or examining the watch physically.

This does not guarantee that the watch is genuine.

Suspicious features inconsistent with genuine workmanship
Broad concerns are explained from visible evidence. Do not rely solely on these photographs to transact as a genuine watch.

Insufficient photographs for a reliable conclusion
Blurred or missing evidence does not mean counterfeit. More photographs or physical inspection may be needed.
The report may explain visible concerns in broad categories such as engraving, bezel, markers, dial or assembly. Precision parameters and internal criteria that could help improve counterfeits are not disclosed. Confirm the service and fee arrangements with your advisor before acceptance; your legal rights remain protected.
