Agree the price before the transaction

All sales use the price expressly agreed in advance. Home visits are not repriced at that day’s market level. Centre-based sales are price-locked before dispatch to the centre. Market increases or decreases do not change the agreed price or trigger a difference refund or top-up through shipping, inspection, balance payment and handover. The deposit is 10% of the agreed price; the remaining 90% is paid after satisfactory on-site examination or confirmation of the inspection report and detail photographs.

Appointment-based sales visits

Appointments may be discussed for mainland Chinese cities and Hong Kong. Confirm coverage, location and timing with us; same-day attendance is not guaranteed. The process concerns an actual available watch, not a catalogue entry.

   Agree its complete reference, price, condition and accessories.

3. 03

   Pay the 10% deposit and confirm the reservation in writing.

4. 04

   Agree the location and time; same-day attendance is not guaranteed.

   Our representative brings the individual watch to the appointment.

6. 06

   The customer examines the watch on site or follows the accompaniment arrangement agreed in advance.

7. 07

   After confirming the watch is satisfactory, the customer pays the 90% balance.

   Complete the handover and its records.

Appointment-based buyback

Customer fees for visits, authentication, testing and other buyback services are all zero. You may decline an offer without an obligation to sell. Payment and handover follow only after both parties agree to the transaction.

Hong Kong: accompaniment to official after-sales service

We can arrange accompaniment to official brand after-sales service for bracelet sizing, link removal or basic work the provider accepts. The official provider independently determines acceptance, scope, charges, timing and documents; waiting or refusal due to non-original parts, modifications or other reasons is possible. Accompaniment and service records are not authentication of a pre-owned watch and do not guarantee a brand authenticity check or certificate.

Hong Kong: confirm local deposit and responsibility terms

Hong Kong uses a 10% agreed deposit based on the price confirmed in advance, with the 90% balance after on-site confirmation. Deposit treatment for customer-caused cancellation follows the valid contract and Hong Kong law, with permanent credit towards the next purchase and no expiry. Material seller misdescription, refunds and breach are assessed from facts and applicable law. Mainland deposit penalties are not imported, and there is no unilateral back-office fault assignment or automatic forfeiture. Transfer, unused balances and dispute procedures remain open.

Cancellation and permanent purchase credit

If a customer cancels without justification, no longer wishes to buy or unjustifiably delays the balance, the 10% deposit is handled under the agreement and applicable law. The proposed non-refund arrangement retains permanent credit towards the next watch purchase, with no expiry date. Amounts, original transaction references and each use are recorded privately to prevent duplication or loss. Transfer and unused-balance details remain for agreement. Disputes are not labelled customer fault without verification. Seller-breach refunds, mainland statutory deposit remedies and other statutory rights are preserved. Hong Kong follows local law and the actual contract, without importing mainland deposit penalties.
