Enquiries, appointments and offline confirmation
This website provides references, our selection, enquiries and service information. It has no third-party dealer registration, cart, online payment, automatic charge or refund. Confirm the actual watch, region, quote and terms separately. This information does not replace a final approved contract or reduce statutory rights.
The 10% and 90% sales stages
After agreeing the reference, price, condition, accessories and other main terms, the sales deposit is 10% of the transaction price and counts towards it. For a visit, pay the 90% balance after examining and confirming the watch. For mainland independent inspection, review the report and details first, then pay the 90% balance if satisfied; the centre ships after we confirm receipt.
Mainland China: deposits and responsibility
For unjustified customer cancellation, the deposit follows the valid agreement and applicable law, with permanent credit towards the next purchase and no expiry. Transfer, unused balances, the day type and start/end of the three-day grace period, and dispute procedures remain open. Seller-caused failure is handled through lawful refunds and remedies. Where the statutory mainland deposit-penalty conditions are met by a receiving party’s breach, double return and other applicable remedies are preserved. Standard terms do not exclude statutory customer rights.
Hong Kong: separately confirmed local terms
Hong Kong uses the agreed 10% deposit and 90% balance after examination and confirmation. Cancellation, refunds, credits and breach provisions require separate review under Hong Kong contract and consumer rules. Mainland deposit penalties are not automatically imported, and absolute no-refund language does not exclude statutory rights.
Material misdescription and customer concerns
Material misdescription of the reference, originality, condition, accessories or another decisive feature falls within our responsibility. Raise concerns by email or WeChat and preserve agreed terms, reports and handover evidence for review. Unresolved matters remain disputed, with lawful remedies preserved. Cancellation or late payment is a fact requiring assessment, not an automatic customer-liability label; no final adjudication procedure or deadline is invented here.
Quotes and approval before technical work
DAWNBLOOM Service Center handles communication and coordination; long-standing professional partners may perform technical work. We do not claim an owned factory, in-house watchmaker team or official brand authorisation. Confirm tasks, parts, timing, costs and warranty scope for each job. No additional charged work without approval; explain polishing and refinishing risks to geometry and collectible value first.
Agree the price before the transaction
All sales use the price expressly agreed in advance. Home visits are not repriced at that day’s market level. Centre-based sales are price-locked before dispatch to the centre. Market increases or decreases do not change the agreed price or trigger a difference refund or top-up through shipping, inspection, balance payment and handover. The deposit is 10% of the agreed price; the remaining 90% is paid after satisfactory on-site examination or confirmation of the inspection report and detail photographs.
Cancellation and permanent purchase credit
If a customer cancels without justification, no longer wishes to buy or unjustifiably delays the balance, the 10% deposit is handled under the agreement and applicable law. The proposed non-refund arrangement retains permanent credit towards the next watch purchase, with no expiry date. Amounts, original transaction references and each use are recorded privately to prevent duplication or loss. Transfer and unused-balance details remain for agreement. Disputes are not labelled customer fault without verification. Seller-breach refunds, mainland statutory deposit remedies and other statutory rights are preserved. Hong Kong follows local law and the actual contract, without importing mainland deposit penalties.
Report-day payment; 18:00 is a dispatch reference
The report release day is the normal balance-payment day; the centre generally releases reports during working hours. Pay the 90% balance after confirming the report and detail photographs. Payment before 18:00 may allow same-day dispatch if the centre and SF collection arrangements permit. Payment after 18:00 is equally accepted, with dispatch usually arranged the following day. 18:00 is not a payment deadline or a dispatch guarantee. Unjustified delay may extend the normal payment period by at most three days; calendar versus working days and exact start/end rules remain to be agreed, so breach is not calculated automatically. Inspection disputes or a mismatch with the seller’s description must be checked before treating delay as unjustified.
Ordinary freight and extra protection are separate
SF is the default carrier. We pay ordinary freight from DAWNBLOOM WATCH to the centre. Ordinary freight from the centre to the customer may be paid by us, subject to the arrangement agreed in advance; it is not automatically assigned to the customer. For cancellation caused by either customer or seller, we pay the centre-to-DAWNBLOOM ordinary return freight, without adding that charge to the customer. Extra declared-value protection requested by the buyer is paid by the buyer. Before dispatch, the actual sender and customer must confirm the amount, scope, fee and claim process. Ordinary freight and extra protection are recorded separately. Other unconfirmed protection arrangements have no default payer. Protection is not an unconditional full-payout promise.
Seller responsibility and inspection-fee reimbursement
A material mismatch in reference, originality, condition or accessories against the prior agreement is seller responsibility. If our fault causes loss of a third-party inspection fee already paid by the customer, we reimburse the full actual inspection fee. Provide the original transaction reference, fee receipt, report and relevant communications. We verify the cause, actual amount and recipient, then retain reimbursement confirmation and handling records without requiring waiver of statutory rights. Deposits, refunds and other statutory responsibilities are handled separately under applicable law. The website makes no automatic fault decision or refund.
