Metal restoration is an additional repair, not cleaning or simple surface plating, and is excluded from basic polishing/refinishing. It replenishes local metal or precious-metal loss in dents, gaps or missing areas of cases and bracelets, followed by necessary finishing. Material, damage, structure and collectible value must be assessed. Special precious metals, extensive loss or work outside the usual scope require feasibility assessment and a final quote first. Complete restoration is not guaranteed; the original condition may be affected.

The same maintenance prices apply across brands, without brand surcharges. Annual and perpetual calendars, minute repeaters and ordinary chiming, and chronographs and ordinary automatic watches are distinct categories.

Watches combining complications and other grand complications require an individual human quote; category prices are not added together.

Replacement parts and additional fault repairs are quoted separately. The actual scope and fees require customer approval before work; no unapproved inspection fees, brand surcharges or other charges are added.

Acceptance and the final service plan depend on technical assessment and customer confirmation. Not every brand or model can be accepted.
