Metal restoration is additional. CNY 600–800 covers the standard local scope, not every kind or extent of damage.
Metal restoration is an additional repair, not cleaning or simple surface plating, and is excluded from basic polishing/refinishing. It replenishes local metal or precious-metal loss in dents, gaps or missing areas of cases and bracelets, followed by necessary finishing. Material, damage, structure and collectible value must be assessed. Special precious metals, extensive loss or work outside the usual scope require feasibility assessment and a final quote first. Complete restoration is not guaranteed; the original condition may be affected.
The same maintenance prices apply across brands, without brand surcharges. Annual and perpetual calendars, minute repeaters and ordinary chiming, and chronographs and ordinary automatic watches are distinct categories.
Watches combining complications and other grand complications require an individual human quote; category prices are not added together.
Replacement parts and additional fault repairs are quoted separately. The actual scope and fees require customer approval before work; no unapproved inspection fees, brand surcharges or other charges are added.
Acceptance and the final service plan depend on technical assessment and customer confirmation. Not every brand or model can be accepted.

Our craftsmanship commitment
We value the precision engineering and original craftsmanship of every watch. Before exterior polishing, refinishing or local metal restoration, we carry out the necessary disassembly and movement protection according to the actual construction, avoiding machine-polishing the fully assembled watch. After restoration, the watch is properly reassembled, with the necessary functional and sealing checks carried out according to its construction and the work performed.

Record the condition before assessment
Record the complete reference, visible condition, accessories and the symptoms described by the owner. The receiving provider decides whether inspection, opening or repair is appropriate after the scope is agreed. Photographs alone cannot establish movement condition.

Agree the work, costs and replacement parts
Before work starts, confirm the tasks, quote, replacement-part arrangements, estimated timing and documents. Obtain fresh approval if the scope changes after inspection. A page summary does not replace the quote for the individual job.

Movement care and timing checks
Assessment of cleaning, lubrication or regulation depends on the calibre, use and symptoms. Timing concerns begin with wearing, magnetism and impact history, followed by technical checks rather than a diagnosis from a single deviation.

Mechanical faults and required parts
Fault repair and necessary replacement parts require assessment and an approved quote. Proposed parts, provenance and availability are explained. We do not promise repair of every model or brand-original parts in every case. Expanded work requires renewed customer approval.

Water-resistance checks and service conditions
Seals and water-resistance testing are assessed for the model, condition and work. Factory ratings do not replace a current test. Quotes, timing, parts, warranty scope and conditions are individually confirmed. Coordinated repair is not a brand official warranty. Agreed functional checks precede return.

Hong Kong: accompaniment to official after-sales service
We can arrange accompaniment to official brand after-sales service for bracelet sizing, link removal or basic work the provider accepts. The official provider independently determines acceptance, scope, charges, timing and documents; waiting or refusal due to non-original parts, modifications or other reasons is possible. Accompaniment and service records are not authentication of a pre-owned watch and do not guarantee a brand authenticity check or certificate.
