Hong Kong offers home transactions only, without shipping to CCIC Luxury Authentication Center in Mainland China. Buyback visits are free; payment is made on the spot after agreement.

CCIC Luxury Authentication Center examines items within its accepted scope; both parties confirm the service channel before dispatch. Metal testing, gemstone testing and brand-identity checks are distinct; confirm scope, report issuer, collection channel and report verification before dispatch.

The provider quotes for the actual work and collects payment directly; we do not collect it.
Ask your advisor about inspection costs before deciding. If our own fault causes the loss of an inspection fee you have paid, we compensate the full actual fee loss.

Appraisal considers brand, collection, design, materials, gemstones, condition, accessories and the secondary market. Branded jewellery buyback is not calculated from ordinary gold or silver spot prices per gram. Your advisor confirms actual sales and buyback prices.
