How It Works
Watch for the scheduled broadcast, travel to one of the announced wilderness maps, and find a trialist with a star-ranked title. Approach, speak to them, and choose “Accept Trial” to begin.
Rewards
Victory grants character EXP and Gold; an item draw may grant no item. The in-game settlement is authoritative.
Finding a Trialist
Three Starlit Trialists arrive in separate open-wilderness maps each round. The system broadcast names each traveler and their map, so follow the announcement and search the field yourself.
- Possible fields are Bunny Wonderland, Genie Lamp Desert, Emerald Wilds, Rose Forest, Golden Wheat Plain, Moonshadow Forest, and Snowfield.
- This activity does not reserve a panel entry or offer one-tap travel—the broadcast itself is your clue.
- Trialists stay only for a limited time, so set out early when you spot a title you want to challenge.
Five Star-Ranked Titles
From Glimmer to Firmament, the title tells you the trialist’s challenge tier. Higher stars mean a tougher opposing team and call for stronger preparation.
- ★ Glimmer Trialist
- ★★ Silverglow Trialist
- ★★★ Starcrown Trialist
- ★★★★ Radiant Trialist
- ★★★★★ Firmament Trialist
Party and Battle
A Starlit Trialist fights with their class skills and a full team of Phantom Beast companions. You may challenge alone or with friends; in a party, the leader starts the trial after everyone reaches the same location.
- If that trialist is already fighting another party, wait for the bout to end or seek another trialist from the same round.
- Higher-star trials reward coordination, target choice, and careful recovery timing. Start with a star rank that suits your party.
Victory and the Next Encounter
Defeating a trialist settles the bout immediately and ends that traveler’s visit. If you do not win, you may regroup and try again while the trialist remains in the field and is not engaged by another party.
Current in-game availability and settlement are authoritative.
