How We Care for This World
These principles describe how we aim to treat players, the community, and a world built for the long term. They do not replace formal policies or turn promotional language into promises beyond those terms.Players Deserve Respect
We explain important rules, update timing, and review standards clearly; read and respond to reasonable feedback; and respect the time, creativity, and care each player invests. When account, virtual-item, community, or service issues arise, we aim to provide a traceable official route and clear handling record instead of answering with silence, humiliation, or evasive language.
Fair and Meaningful Play
We want choices, cooperation, exploration, and long-term growth to have real value. We continue to address cheating, unauthorized tools, abusive exploitation, harassment in competitive play, and conduct that disrupts normal play. When rules change, we aim to explain why and what is affected rather than leave players to absorb unexpected losses from undisclosed changes.
Measured, Transparent Commerce
Before purchasing, players should be able to find the contents, price, probability, restrictions, validity period, and sales and refund rules. We do not use false countdowns, hidden charges, vague odds, or anxiety-driven language to pressure decisions, and paid content is never presented as a condition for basic respect or community participation.
Only the Data We Need
We process only the information needed for clearly defined account, support, security, payment, or essential operational services, and explain collection, use, retention, and rights through the formal privacy policy. Technical ability alone is not a reason to expand collection without limit, and unnecessary personal information is not made a condition of play.
A Community Where People Can Speak
Players from every background, culture, and sexual orientation are welcome. We respect sexual minorities, including LGB people, and everyone’s freedom to form relationships and express themselves. In the game, same-gender and different-gender characters can freely fall in love and hold a wedding. We want every player to communicate with confidence in an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and malicious attacks.
Help This World Endure
We put stability, maintainability, and lasting play ahead of short-lived spectacle. Updates aim to respect existing investment, different devices, and different ways of playing, while issues that prevent normal play take priority. Features that are not ready are labeled clearly; tests, plans, and promotional concepts are not presented as already live.
