Actual service regions and processing follow the relevant agreements and official privacy notices; this does not mean all data is processed only in Japan.
OpenAI Codex contributes to knowledge-system construction, feature development, interaction design and ongoing refinement. Building a knowledge system is not foundation-model fine-tuning. This product is not jointly produced or officially endorsed by OpenAI or Alibaba Cloud.
