01 · Production & Life Progression

Production & Life Progression

Work skills are DAWNBLOOM's production and life-progression system for gathering, processing, crafting, and equipment making. Gems remain formal items and are used as crafting materials in some equipment recipes; finished equipment has no separate post-craft socketing step. You do not need to learn every skill.
02

Learning Work Skills

Visit the matching Work Master, open the learning panel, and confirm. Formal learning currently spends no Personal Reputation, Gold, or materials and has no character-level or class restriction; an available skill slot is still required.

03

Forgetting & Relearning

A skill can be forgotten only through its matching Work Master, and any active work session must end first. After the second confirmation, its level and current proficiency are permanently cleared, and its product-processing and crafting eligibility are lost.

You may learn the same skill again after forgetting it, but it restarts at Lv1 with 0 proficiency. Any permanently claimed work title remains owned and cannot be claimed twice.

04

Work EXP & Levels

Each work skill has its own level and proficiency. Valid progress in that work grants the displayed final proficiency. Skills follow their own formal progression tables; use the in-game current level, current proficiency, and next-level requirement as the authority.

You may process or craft a product only after reaching its listed work-skill level. The formal system currently has no separate manual recipe-learning step. The proper master or location, tools, materials, and inventory space are still checked. Equipment crafting level and character-use level are separate requirements.

05

Locations & Interruptions

Formal location rules: Star Village's existing fields support Farming and Gathering; every real environmental tree supports Logging; and the ice hole in front of the fish shop supports Fishing. Both banks along Snowveil Fields' frozen river support Fishing. Mining is allowed on every formal Wilderness map, but not freely inside village homes, interiors, or the royal palace. Movement, battle, leaving a valid site, changing maps, death, or disconnection interrupts work. Materials, the formal tool, and inventory space are still required.

06

Reputation & Skill Slots

Personal Reputation only unlocks how many skills you may learn; it is not spent. Once unlocked, skill-slot entitlement is permanent. A later Reputation decrease neither removes slots nor automatically deletes learned skills.
0–2,499→3
2,500–4,999→4
5,000–14,999→5
15,000–29,999→6
30,000+→7

07

Work Dolls

Work Dolls share one dedicated slot, so only one can be active at a time. They have durability and may be repaired by the Weaving Master up to three times; each repair halves maximum durability.

Diligent Work Doll

Gain 1 extra work proficiency for each valid work-progress event.

Efficient Work Doll

Gain 2 extra work proficiency for each valid work-progress event.

Harvest Work Doll

Gain 1 extra unit when a stackable work product succeeds. Equipment crafting always creates exactly one item.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the game still have Ring Inlay or Necklace Inlay?

No. The old post-craft socketing step was removed. Equipment that needs gems lists them as materials in its formal crafting recipe.

What are gems used for now?

Gems remain formal items and grinding products. Some equipment recipes consume them during crafting.

Can I socket a gem after a ring or necklace is finished?

No. Finished equipment has no separate post-craft socketing step; prepare the required gem materials when crafting.

How many work skills can I learn?

The initial cap is 3. At 2,500, 5,000, 15,000, and 30,000 Personal Reputation, the permanent cap rises to 4, 5, 6, and 7.

Does learning spend Reputation?

No. Reputation only determines your skill-slot entitlement; it is not a learning cost.

Will lower Reputation remove skills?

No. Unlocked slots are permanent and learned skills are never deleted automatically.

Where do I learn or forget a skill?

Visit the matching Work Master shown on its card. Forgetting requires a second confirmation and no active work session.

What happens after forgetting and relearning?

The skill level and proficiency are cleared. Relearning starts at Lv1 with 0 proficiency.

How do I gain Work EXP?

Complete valid progress in the matching work. Each skill follows its own formal progression table.

Why did my work grant no proficiency?

Check that the skill is learned, the location is valid, work was not interrupted, and materials, tools, and inventory space are available.

Why can I not craft this product?

Reach its listed work-skill level. Crafting level and equipment-use level are separate requirements.

Do I need to learn recipes separately?

The current formal system has no separate manual recipe-learning step, but location, tools, materials, and inventory space still apply.

How do the two proficiency dolls differ?

The Diligent Work Doll adds 1 proficiency per valid progress event; the Efficient Work Doll adds 2.

Can the Harvest Work Doll duplicate equipment?

No. It adds 1 only to successful stackable products. Equipment crafting always creates one item.

Can Work Dolls stack?

No. All three share one dedicated slot, so only one can be active.

What happens at Lv100?

If a formal title exists, visit the listed Work Master at Lv100 and claim it once.

Do work titles have an effect?

Yes. Equipping the matching title raises that work skill’s success rate by 30%, capped at 100%.

Does forgetting remove a claimed title?

No. A permanently claimed title remains owned and cannot be claimed twice.

Why will the Master not give me a title at Lv100?

Confirm that the skill has a current title, that you visited the correct Master, and that it was not already claimed.

How many more skills does higher Reputation unlock?

Each listed threshold permanently adds one slot, up to 7 work skills.

Which Master handles each skill?

Every skill and title card shows its matching Work Master and primary location.

How do I forget a work skill?

End active work, visit the matching Master, choose Forget, and complete the second confirmation.

Is Work EXP preserved after forgetting?

No. That skill’s level and current proficiency are cleared.

Does relearning begin at Lv1?

Yes. Relearning starts at Lv1 with 0 proficiency.

Do all work skills share the same EXP requirements?

Not necessarily. Each skill uses its own formal progression table; use the current in-game display.

How do levels unlock products?

Each product lists its required work-skill level. You gain processing or crafting eligibility only after reaching it.

Are crafting level and equipment-use level the same?

Not necessarily. Crafting eligibility and the character level needed to equip an item are checked separately.

What does the Diligent Work Doll do?

It adds 1 proficiency point to each valid work-progress event.

What does the Efficient Work Doll do?

It adds 2 proficiency points to each valid work-progress event.

What does the Harvest Work Doll do?

It adds 1 to a successful stackable work product, but never duplicates equipment.

Which Master grants a Lv100 title?

Visit the Work Master shown on the title card. Skills without a formal title do not receive an invented placeholder title.
