DAWNBLOOM Mail Terms of Service

Version: V1Effective date: 2026-10-04Last updated: 2026-10-04

By downloading or using DAWNBLOOM Mail, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before downloading or using the app, especially the provisions on local data, sending limits and responsibility. If you disagree, do not download or use the app.

1. Service provider

DAWNBLOOM Mail is provided and maintained by SHANGHAI LUMIREALM CREATIVE MEDIA CO., LTD.. “We” means this service provider. Contact: [email protected]. Official website: https://dawnbloom.net. Legal address: 中国(上海)自由贸易试验区临港新片区天骄路336号3幢218室 (Room 218, Building 3, No. 336 Tianjiao Road, Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China).

2. The client and your mail service

DAWNBLOOM Mail is a third-party mail client, not an email provider. It does not create a new email address for you. You need a valid third-party mailbox that you are entitled to use and must connect or authorize it under that provider’s rules. Connection methods and features may differ by version and platform.

3. License and intellectual property

Subject to these terms, you may install and use DAWNBLOOM Mail on compatible devices you lawfully own or control under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Ownership of the software, trademarks and brand assets does not transfer. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Rights granted by applicable law or those licenses are not restricted by these terms.

4. Free use and advertising

The current website edition is free to download and use, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. DAWNBLOOM Mail does not insert its own ads. Third-party messages, websites or mail services may contain ads or paid content. Any future paid offering will disclose its price and conditions and require separate consent; you will not be enrolled automatically.

5. Lawful use and message content

Use the software lawfully and only access mailboxes and process messages you are entitled to use. Do not use it for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, unauthorized access or violations of privacy or intellectual property. Rights in message content remain with their respective owners and do not transfer through use of the client.

6. Providers and external links

Your provider manages delivery, quotas, spam filtering, account restrictions and mail-service availability under its own terms and privacy policy. DAWNBLOOM Mail does not bypass provider authorization or security requirements. Links and attachments in messages come from third parties; we do not endorse their content, safety or authenticity. Check the actual domain before opening links and handle unfamiliar attachments carefully.

7. Mail privacy and secure storage

DAWNBLOOM Mail connects directly to your chosen mail provider. DAWNBLOOM servers do not act as a mail proxy or repository and do not store message bodies, attachments, MIME, mail caches, full search indexes, third-party mailbox passwords or OAuth tokens. Client mail data is kept on the device first, and provider credentials are held in device secure storage. Your provider still processes messages and authentication information under its own policies.

8. DAWNBLOOM Account and Light Sync

DAWNBLOOM Account is an optional shared identity, separate from Gmail, Outlook, IMAP and other mail accounts. Core mail use does not require DAWNBLOOM sign-in. Personal Center currently provides account-management access. Light Sync is planned for a later update and will be limited to a small set of settings and masked account display information, excluding messages and provider secrets. New devices must reconnect mail accounts. Signing out of DAWNBLOOM does not disconnect or delete your third-party mailboxes.

9. Local data, sign-out and deletion

Caches, drafts and settings rely on device storage. Clearing app data, uninstalling, device failure or loss may make local data unrecoverable; local drafts are not cloud backups. Removing a connection does not close the provider account. Actions such as archive or delete may sync to your provider and affect other clients, so observe operation notices. DAWNBLOOM account deletion is available through the official Support Center’s account-management page, with retention and deletion described in the privacy policy. It does not close third-party mail accounts.

10. Sending, scheduling and background limits

Sending depends on network access, the operating system allowing the app to run and the provider’s response. Scheduled mail is sent by your device; a closed app, power saving, offline status or background limits can delay it. DAWNBLOOM servers do not send it on your behalf. Undo Send applies only within the delay offered by the app before handoff to the provider; it cannot guarantee recall of a message already sent. Confirm the actual result for important messages.

11. Permissions and anonymous usage counts

The app uses network and system capabilities needed for its features, subject to operating-system permission rules. Usage counts in the current mail version remain local; analytics upload is not enabled. If anonymous product-scale statistics become available later, they will follow the privacy policy and app notices, using infrequent aggregate data without message content, addresses, subjects, attachment names or search terms, and without links to DAWNBLOOM account IDs, emails or usernames.

12. Updates and platform rules

We may provide security, compatibility and feature updates through the official website or stores. Obtain the app from official sources; older versions may stop being compatible with providers or operating systems. Mandatory store rules and applicable laws apply within their scope. Apple release timing depends on review, and website installers are not offered before those platforms open.

13. Availability and responsibility

We maintain the software within reasonable limits, but changes to networks, devices, systems or third-party services may affect features or delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device. These terms do not exclude statutory duties, liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may change for legal, security, platform or feature reasons, with a stated version and effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the website, app notices or release notes. We will seek explicit consent separately where required by law. If you disagree, you may stop using the app without losing statutory rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law. Please first contact the provider to seek an amicable resolution. If that does not resolve the dispute, it may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory rules in your jurisdiction prevail where applicable. Invalidity of one provision does not invalidate the others.

16. Contact us

For questions about DAWNBLOOM Mail, privacy, security or these terms, contact [email protected] or the official DAWNBLOOM Support Center. Do not send mailbox passwords, OAuth tokens, verification codes or unnecessary private messages and attachments in feedback.
