LOCAL FIRST
Local first describes how we handle private content. Accounts, online games and necessary support still need servers.
01 · DAWNBLOOM Mail
Mail connects directly to your chosen provider. Bodies, attachments, search indexes and provider credentials stay out of DAWNBLOOM Light Sync. Local caches and drafts are encrypted.

Files do not pass through our servers. Cross-device sharing carries filtered task information; the other device downloads again from the source. P2P participants may still see necessary IP and port information.

03 · DAWNBLOOM Archive
Archive compresses and extracts locally. Files, filename lists, paths, passwords and temporary content are not uploaded for cloud analysis. Choose the files you want to work with.

You enable Light Sync to carry limited settings and supported metadata. It is not a cloud drive or a mail, browsing-history or file repository.
SEPARATION BY DESIGN
Signing in does not turn every product into one private-content warehouse. The game does not read mail, Mail does not read browser history, and Download does not read game chat. Opening, sharing and handoff you choose handle only what that action needs.
DATA MINIMIZATION
We do not by default collect precise location, contacts, health or biometric data, advertising IDs or unnecessary permanent device fingerprints for our operations. Ordinary use generally needs no identity documents. Law, certain refunds or high-risk recovery may require limited proof.
Payment platforms handle payment credentials. We retain necessary order and support records, not full card numbers or payment passwords.
SECURITY
Encrypted transport, password hashes, access controls, least privilege and multifactor authentication protect accounts and services. Necessary login, security, order and support records have defined purposes. We do not turn them into advertising profiles or promise absolute security.

YOU’RE IN CONTROL
Attachments, local files and notifications request OS permissions only when the feature needs them. Manage choices in product or system settings. A website’s browser permission is handled separately and does not give DAWNBLOOM automatic access to that data.
PRODUCT PRIVACY
These explanations share the same V7 data boundaries. Features and platforms follow each product’s official release information.
Online services handle characters, interactions and assets as needed; other apps’ private content is not read.
Characters, pets, chat, trades and community posts need online services. Ordinary chat is kept for 7 days; necessary security evidence can be kept longer. Other players can see public posts.

Shared-account security, with locally generated codes and service-side binding and verification.
Codes are generated on your device. Sign-in, binding, device management and recovery need account services. Public reference pages and community access still make network requests. You use the same account.

No account needed for core browsing. Sync covers bookmarks and supported limited settings.
Sync can carry bookmarks and supported theme, search-engine and ad-block preferences. History, tabs, cookies, passwords, pages and private sessions stay out of Light Sync. Sites and search providers handle your requests under their own rules.

We still keep necessary security records and anonymous website aggregates. Statistics do not link accounts or keep personal browsing trails. Daily deduplication values rotate; aggregate counts can remain.
YOUR DATA
Under applicable law you can inquire, copy, correct, delete or restrict processing and withdraw withdrawable consent, or request account closure. Closure has a 15-day cooling period and does not automatically erase local files or third-party mail data.
