What you may report
Reproducible issues affecting the website, account, game, or six apps, such as unauthorized access, exposure of sensitive information, or installer-integrity concerns.
Testing boundaries
Do not attack real users, take over accounts, download others’ data, use social engineering, disrupt services, or perform destructive tests. If you encounter sensitive data, stop and share only minimal reproduction details.
Verify official downloads
Use dawnbloom.net or stores expressly linked from it. A verified direct download shows the version, date, file size, and SHA-256 calculated from the real file; unreleased products have no checksum.
Accounts and data
Never share passwords or rotating codes. Uninstalling, clearing local data, signing out, and deleting DAWNBLOOM Account are different actions.
Security notices
Incidents that require public notice will have an appropriate summary in website news and the status center, without internal system details.
