Fan art, streams, guides, reviews, wikis, cosplay, and ordinary platform ad revenue, memberships, and tips remain allowed when they follow the existing Fan Content Guidelines. Existing permission to repost public website news, announcements, guides, and promotional materials remains in place. Creators retain rights in their original expression. Mass-produced merchandise, brand collaborations, and other uses beyond ordinary fan permission usually need prior written authorization.
