Effect

Check every character on both sides of the battle independently, including yourself. Those affected cannot summon Phantom Beasts for 3 turns, but beasts already on the field remain. Success starts at 30%, changes by 0.02 percentage points per Luck difference, and stays between 10% and 60%.
