How It Works
During an open round, review the three requested goods and submit eligible bag items in groups of 20 while demand remains.
Rewards
A successful submission immediately grants the Gold and personal Reputation previewed on screen. Failed submissions consume nothing and grant no reward.
What This Is
- National Procurement is a round-based public economy activity, not an escort or route mission. The whole realm shares the published demand.
- Visit the National Procurement office in Morning Star Capital and speak with the Minister of National Procurement to view the current state.
How a Round Works
- A round begins every two hours: one hour open, followed by one hour between rounds. Each round lists three work products.
- Each good shows its current unit price and realm-wide remaining demand. The in-game amount reflects server-side changes as other players submit.
- The round ends when all three goods are complete. Unfilled demand does not carry into the next round.
Preparing the Goods
- Goods must be formal work products listed for the current round, but they do not need to be crafted by the submitting player.
- You may produce them, trade with other players, or buy from current real stock in the three villages. The state does not create quest goods from nothing.
- Village stocks are separate. If one village lacks an item, check another village or use another source.
Submission Rules
- Choose a good that still has demand and submit in groups of 20. You may submit repeatedly or provide several groups at once while demand allows.
- A submission fails if remaining demand is below 20, the good is complete, your bag lacks the quantity, or the round is closed.
- The server resolves simultaneous final submissions. A failed attempt consumes no goods and grants no Gold or Reputation.
Gold and Reputation
- Before confirmation, the screen shows the current unit price, quantity, and expected Gold. Successful rewards arrive immediately using that public confirmation.
- Every successfully accepted group of 20 goods grants 10 personal Reputation. Only successfully settled quantities count.
- National Procurement currently has no additional Charm bonus. Charm does not directly increase the round’s Gold or Reputation.
Round End, Refresh, and Problems
- The website explains public rules but provides no submission controls. Actual submissions must be made in-game through the Minister.
- If an in-game amount has not refreshed, reopen the screen for the latest server state. The current confirmation and final settlement are authoritative.
- If goods appear consumed without a reward, keep the time, character details, and screenshots, then contact Player Support by Carrier Pigeon for investigation. Do not repeat the submission.
