Community Issue Hunt
A few unruly little screws sometimes hide in the forest. If you find one, send us the clues.What Is the Issue Hunt?
- Players can report display issues, feature problems, map anomalies, gameplay errors, and other genuine problems to help make the world more stable.
How to Submit
- Send ordinary gameplay issue reports to a GM through the in-game Pigeon Post.
- Please include what happened, where and roughly when it occurred, what you were doing, and whether it can be reproduced.
Help Us Find It
- If the current report form supports images or attachments, include a view that clearly shows the problem. Do not attach unrelated personal information.
Rewards
- Each bug report verified as valid by the official team grants 5 Magic Coins. There is no overall cap on valid discoveries.
- Submitting a report does not automatically grant a reward. Eligibility depends on official verification.
Do Not Publish Security Issues
- For account security, server security, data exposure, or serious vulnerabilities, disclose responsibly through [email protected] and do not post details publicly.
