2. What Is DAWNBLOOM Browser?

DAWNBLOOM Browser is software for accessing and browsing internet content. It provides, or plans to provide progressively by platform, features including web browsing, tabs, history, bookmarks, file downloads, webpage translation, blocking webpage advertisements and common trackers, reader mode, find in page and website permission management.

Android, Windows x64 and macOS 2.2.0 website downloads are available. The iOS / iPadOS and Mac App Store editions are awaiting Apple review; store downloads follow actual public availability. Specific features may vary by operating system, device, region, system version and third-party service capabilities.

DAWNBLOOM Browser is not subject to the uniform minimum age of 18 applicable to DAWNBLOOM game and account services. Its use must nevertheless comply with local laws, app store rules and the age requirements of the websites visited.

3. Free Use and Advertising

DAWNBLOOM Browser is provided free of charge. The browser itself contains no launch-screen advertisements, feed advertisements, sponsored entry points, shopping promotions or other advertising operated by the browser. Third-party websites, search engines and online services may display their own advertisements.

Ad blocking cannot guarantee identification or blocking of all advertisements, trackers and pop-ups, or that every website will always function fully when blocking is enabled.

4. Optional Account and Local Data

Core browsing capabilities can be used without an account. After signing in to an existing DAWNBLOOM account, you may choose to enable lightweight synchronization of bookmarks and a small set of browser preferences. Browsing history, tabs, cookies, passwords, webpage caches and private browsing data are excluded from account synchronization.

For data storage, private browsing mode, anonymous aggregated usage statistics, third-party services, webpage translation, permissions and other privacy matters, please read the unified DAWNBLOOM Privacy Policy. That policy and these Terms each have their own distinct content and purpose.

5. Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use to install and use DAWNBLOOM Browser on compatible devices that you lawfully own or control. Software copyright, trademarks, designs, source code and other intellectual property rights are not transferred by this license.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you must not bypass security mechanisms, maliciously modify or damage the software, distribute malware, impersonate an official version, use the brand without authorization to publish misleading software, or use the software in a manner that infringes our or third parties' lawful rights. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

6. Lawful Use

You must use DAWNBLOOM Browser lawfully and must not use it to conduct cyberattacks, distribute malware, commit fraud or phishing, unlawfully infringe privacy or intellectual property rights, circumvent technical protection measures whose circumvention is expressly prohibited by law, or engage in other unlawful activities.

DAWNBLOOM Browser is a general-purpose web browsing tool. We cannot control all internet content accessed by users and do not represent, approve or endorse those websites or their content.

7. Third-Party Websites and Services

DAWNBLOOM Browser can access websites, search engines, download servers, video services, third-party applications and other internet services. These services are outside DAWNBLOOM Browser's control and may have their own terms and privacy policies, process information needed for their services, display advertisements, restrict content, or change or discontinue their services.

Your relationship with third-party services is generally governed by the relevant third party's terms and policies. We do not endorse or guarantee the content, accuracy, security, availability, goods, services or advertisements of third-party websites.

8. Search Engines

DAWNBLOOM Browser may preset or allow selection of search services such as Google and Bing. Search requests are sent to the corresponding provider according to your selection. Search results, advertisements and related data processing are governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

We do not control search result rankings, advertisements, content or availability. You may change the default search engine to the extent supported by the browser.

9. Webpage Advertising and Content Blocking

DAWNBLOOM Browser may provide ad blocking, common tracker blocking and pop-up restrictions. We do not guarantee that all advertisements will be blocked, all trackers identified, or all websites will function fully with blocking enabled. Website architecture, advertising scripts, anti-blocking measures and third-party components may cause issues.

You may disable blocking or set exceptions for particular websites using the features provided by the browser. Blocking features are not intended to bypass paywalls, subscription restrictions, membership permissions, digital rights management or other lawful access controls.

10. Webpage Translation

DAWNBLOOM Browser may translate webpages using on-device, operating system or third-party components. Automatic translations may contain omissions, ambiguities, errors or contextual inaccuracies and are intended only to assist understanding. Please do not rely solely on translations to make important decisions in high-risk contexts such as medicine, law, finance, safety or contracts.

For data processing by third-party translation components, please refer to the DAWNBLOOM Privacy Policy and the relevant third-party policies.

11. Private Browsing

Private browsing mode is intended to reduce browsing traces left on the current device, for example by not adding entries to ordinary browsing history and by clearing related local temporary data as far as possible when the session ends.

It is not a VPN, proxy or anonymous network and does not hide your IP address. Websites, internet service providers, workplace or school network administrators and other relevant network services may still see necessary information about network activity.

12. Downloads and Files

Downloaded files come from third-party sources you choose to access. We cannot guarantee that all files are safe, lawful, free of malicious code or as expected. Before opening unknown files, please independently assess whether their sources are trustworthy.

File storage and access may also be subject to the respective system permissions and security rules of Android, iOS / iPadOS, macOS and Windows.

13. Updates

We may release security, compatibility, performance and bug fixes, as well as feature adjustments. Updates may be provided through app stores, operating systems or DAWNBLOOM Browser's official update mechanism.

Version checks and updates do not require uploading your browsing history, bookmarks, tabs or webpage body text. Older versions may cease to receive support for security, legal, compatibility or platform reasons. We do not guarantee that historical versions will remain compatible with all websites and operating systems indefinitely.

14. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in DAWNBLOOM Browser's name, Logo, icons, interface designs, software code, website designs, written content, original graphics and brand assets belong to their lawful rights holders in accordance with law. Rights in third-party websites and content belong to their respective rights holders.

Using the browser does not give you ownership of third-party content or rights to use it beyond the scope permitted by law and authorized by the rights holder.

15. User Feedback

Suggestions, bug reports, feature comments and experience feedback that you voluntarily submit may be used to improve the browser, fix issues and research product design. This does not give us ownership of your independently created original works.

Please do not submit passwords, cookies, access tokens, identity documents, private files or other unnecessary sensitive information through feedback channels.

16. Service Availability

The internet, websites and operating systems continually change. We cannot guarantee that the browser will always operate without interruption, that every webpage will always load correctly, that all devices will have exactly the same features, or that third-party websites will always remain compatible. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain security, stability, compatibility and performance.

17. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DAWNBLOOM Browser is provided as is and as available. Except as expressly required by law, we make no express or implied warranties beyond these Terms.

We do not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, lawfulness, completeness or security of third-party websites, search results, advertisements, downloaded files or other third-party content. These Terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we bear liability only to the extent required by applicable law for losses caused by third-party website content or service interruptions, malicious websites or files, users' violations of these Terms, failures of users' devices or networks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, liability that must be borne under law for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or users' mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

19. Discontinuing Use

You may disable synchronization, sign out of your DAWNBLOOM account and uninstall DAWNBLOOM Browser at any time. To manage or close your account, please use the existing DAWNBLOOM account management entry point in the official website's Customer Service Center.

We may take necessary measures if law, security, serious abuse, force majeure or platform policies require adjustments to certain official online features. The browser's core web browsing capabilities will remain independent of the Company's servers as far as possible.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms because of changes in law, security, operating system or app store rules, product features or technology. If a change materially affects rights or obligations, we will notify users by reasonable means, such as official website announcements, prominent in-app notices or release notes.

The new Terms will state the version number, last update date and effective date. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Separate consent will be obtained for changes that require renewed express consent under applicable law.

21. Additional Platform Rules

If you obtain the browser through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store or another distribution platform, you may also be subject to that platform's terms of use, software licenses and store policies.

These Terms do not exclude mandatory rights granted by platform rules. If mandatory platform terms conflict with these Terms, the relevant platform rules and applicable law will govern to the extent applicable.

22. Consumer Rights

Different countries and regions may grant consumers different statutory rights. These Terms do not exclude, limit or diminish rights that cannot be waived by contract under applicable law. If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law in your location, that law shall prevail.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

The parties should first seek to resolve disputes arising from these Terms or DAWNBLOOM Browser through amicable consultation.

If consultation does not resolve the dispute, proceedings may be brought in accordance with law before a people's court with jurisdiction at the service provider's domicile. If mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user's location provide otherwise regarding jurisdiction, dispute resolution or other rights, those provisions shall prevail.

24. Severability

If any part is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be effective. Our failure to exercise a right immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right.
