Product Scope and File Sources
DAWNBLOOM Download is a tool for managing download tasks locally. It does not provide resource searches, cloud-based downloading on your behalf or file hosting. Please confirm that you have the right to obtain and use the downloaded content and comply with the source website's conditions. The software does not grant copyright in content and is not intended to bypass payment, login, DRM or other authorization restrictions. Download speed, availability and resumption depend on the source and network; completion of every task cannot be guaranteed.
Peer-to-Peer Transfers and File Safety
When using Torrent, Magnet or other peer-to-peer features, other participants may see your IP address, and data may also be transmitted to them during downloading. P2P is not an anonymous service. Please share only content that you are lawfully entitled to distribute. The software is not an antivirus tool. Source or verification notices cannot guarantee file safety. Exercise caution when opening unknown files and pay attention to storage space, data usage and network charges.
Local Processing and Optional Task Sharing
Downloaded files are transferred directly from the source to your device. DAWNBLOOM does not relay or store files on your behalf. Task records are stored locally by default. Only after you choose to sign in and enable task sharing will safe task information meeting the privacy notice's requirements be synchronized; other devices still obtain files from the original source. Before uninstalling or clearing data, please properly save downloaded files and any records you need.
Software License
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may install and use the official version on compatible devices that you lawfully own or control. Intellectual property rights in the software, brand and related content remain with their rights holders. Third-party open-source components are provided under their respective licenses.
Lawful Use and Third-Party Services
You must not impersonate official representatives, distribute malware, steal accounts, infringe others' rights or compromise service security. These Terms do not restrict conduct permitted by applicable law or rights granted by open-source licenses. External websites, content sources and stores apply their own rules. We do not control their content, availability or charges.
Privacy and Necessary Confirmations
Personal information processing is governed by this product's privacy notice and the DAWNBLOOM Privacy Policy. These Terms do not replace separate confirmations required for system permissions, account actions, optional synchronization or other matters under applicable law. You may decline optional features.
Availability, Updates and Fees
Features and channels are determined by the versions actually made publicly available and may differ across platforms, devices or regions. A unified version number on the official website does not mean that all stores offer the same version. We may provide security and feature updates. If fees are introduced, we will clearly explain the price, scope and applicable rules in advance and will not charge you solely on the basis of these Terms. If you obtain the software through a store, you must also comply with that store's applicable licensing and purchase rules.
Service Limitations and User Rights
We will reasonably maintain the product but do not promise that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or fully suited to a particular purpose in every environment. Please keep appropriate backups of important information and files. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. It does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, exempt us from liability that must be borne under law for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or diminish mandatory consumer rights.
Discontinuing Use and Service Measures
You may stop using and uninstall the software. Uninstalling, signing out and closing a DAWNBLOOM account are different actions. To close an account, please use the formal account procedure. In the event of security risks, unlawful conduct or serious violations of these Terms, we may take necessary and proportionate restrictive measures and, where feasible and permitted by law, explain the reasons and provide contact or appeal channels.
Updates to the Terms and Dispute Resolution
Updates to these Terms will be dated. Material changes will be notified in a reasonable manner, and separate consent will be obtained where renewed express consent is required by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without affecting mandatory laws and consumer rights in the user's location. Disputes should first be addressed through amicable consultation. If unresolved, they may be brought before a court with jurisdiction in accordance with law, without excluding remedies available to users under applicable law.
