These terms apply to users of the DAWNBLOOM website, shared account, game, six apps, Adventurers’ Plaza, and related services. See each official product page for actual availability and features.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Player Rules & Enforcement Policy, Sales & Refund Terms, and any specific rules posted on product or activity pages, constitute the governing rules for the related services. Where a specific rule provides a more detailed provision on a particular matter, such specific rule shall prevail; no term shall exclude or limit any statutory rights of users that are guaranteed by applicable law and cannot be waived.

Summary Overview

Interoperability between website and game accounts; existing game accounts may directly log in to the official website and the "Adventurers' Plaza" platform.

The "Adventurers' Plaza" platform allows users to post, comment, share images, and publish guides or other player-generated content, provided such content complies with laws, the Player Rules, and these Terms.

Players retain full ownership rights over their original content; for the purposes of showcasing, translation, review, and community operations, you grant DAWNBLOOM a necessary, limited, non-exclusive license to use such content.

Android, Windows, and macOS versions will be officially available for download based on the actual release status on the official website; iOS versions will redirect to the corresponding region's App Store (China/English/Japanese) as indicated on the Chinese/English/Japanese website pages; Steam access will redirect to the Steam store.

The official website does not provide general account balance top-ups; the official store offers direct sales of specific digital goods, including random and fixed-content treasure boxes, which are delivered to the corresponding game account upon purchase.

Official news, announcements, public promotional screenshots, and promotional images posted on the website may be freely republished without attribution, provided that they are not used to impersonate official sources, create fake official websites or private servers, mislead users, or package protected materials for resale.

For violations, infringement, fraud, malicious attacks, cheating software, or black-market activities, we may take lawful action and enforce measures in accordance with the "Player Rules & Enforcement Policy," including deleting content, restricting forum functions, isolating game characters or accounts, freezing or reclaiming virtual items.

We do not exercise "final interpretation rights" to exclude consumer rights; service disclaimers and liability limitations shall only apply within the scope permitted by applicable law.

1. Acceptance of Terms, Age Requirements, and Scope of Application

By accessing, registering, logging in, or continuing to use dawnbloom.net and its official website features, you hereby agree to be bound by these terms. Where any feature requires an additional click confirmation, checkbox selection, or acceptance of specific rules, such confirmation and specific rules shall take effect concurrently.

These terms also govern the website’s game, six independent apps, DAWNBLOOM Account, Adventurers’ Plaza, and Dawnbloom Guide within their relevant boundaries. Each product page states availability, sign-in requirements, and current features; inclusion here does not mean an unreleased feature is available.

DAWNBLOOM game-account registration, the game client, participation in Adventurers’ Plaza, official-store purchases, and other services expressly dependent on a game account currently require users to be 18 or older. Viewing public information pages, including the DAWNBLOOM Browser product page, is not subject to the game age gate. Browser software use is governed by the DAWNBLOOM Browser Terms of Service and the unified DAWNBLOOM Privacy Policy, not the game’s universal 18+ rule.

These Terms apply to the official website homepage, account registration and sign-in, Account Center, game download pages, news, announcements and guides, support entry points, the Dawnbloom Guide web entry point, Adventurers' Plaza forums and comments, the official store, and other web services controlled by the operator and expressly using the DAWNBLOOM brand. The primary domain is dawnbloom.net, and its official subdomains are within this scope; 光与绽森语.com and 光と花咲く森.com are brand-protection entry points that only redirect to the primary site or an official language path and do not constitute separate services. Third-party websites, app stores, payment institutions, and social platforms are independently operated.

2. Definition of Terms

3. Interoperability Between Official Website and Game Accounts

DAWNBLOOM official website and game use a unified account system. Players' accounts created in the game can be used to log in to the official website and Adventurers' Plaza; accounts registered on the official website may also be used to log in to the game after completing the required verification.

DAWNBLOOM Token protects the same DAWNBLOOM Account and creates no separate identity system. Core Browser browsing needs no account. Whether other products offer sign-in or Light Sync depends on their released versions. An unreleased sync feature does not become available through these terms; once offered, it processes only data the user chooses under the Privacy Policy.

You must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date registration information that is capable of receiving necessary notifications, and you should securely manage your password, email address, and any third-party login credentials associated with your account.

You must not impersonate another person, use someone else's account without authorization, or obtain account control through deception, theft, credential stuffing, or malicious sharing.

If abnormal logins, account theft, or unauthorized operations are detected, users should promptly file a complaint via official customer service. The operator may implement temporary security measures to protect the account and virtual assets.

In mainland China, posting, commenting, and using game services on forums may be subject to real identity or adult verification requirements as mandated by applicable laws; processing of personal information shall be governed by the "Privacy Policy."

Account violations within the game shall be handled primarily in accordance with the "Player Rules & Enforcement Policy." The game does not consider "permanent account suspension" as the standard highest penalty; the highest game penalty is permanent isolation (prison). The website/forum retains the right to legally remove content, delete forum records, restrict community functions, or carry out disposal measures as required by authorized authorities.

4. "Adventurers' Plaza" Forum and Comment Terms of Use

Adventurers' Plaza is an official community platform provided for DAWNBLOOM players. Users may post, comment, reply, upload images, share guides, and post other content related to the game or the community, as permitted by the website.

4.1 What You May Do

Share normal gameplay experiences, guides, screenshots, creations, suggestions, bug reports, and player discussions;

Engage in criticism, discussion, role-playing, sharing of trading experiences, and expression of views, provided that such activities respect the rights of others and abide by community rules;

Cite or republish official content that is publicly available and freely distributable on the official website;

Report any posts, comments, or account behaviors that you believe violate the law, infringe upon rights, or breach the "Player Rules & Enforcement Policy."

4.2 Prohibited Content and Behavior

Content that violates applicable laws and regulations, endangers the personal or property safety of others, or clearly offends public order and good customs;

Fraud, phishing, impersonation of official personnel, customer service, GM, illegal traffic diversion, malicious collection of other users' account or payment information;

Unauthorized disclosure of another person's real name, ID documents, address, phone number, private chat records, payment receipts, or other private information;

Content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, likeness, reputation, trade secrets, or any other legitimate rights;

Posting, disseminating, or trading of cheating tools, cheating programs, vulnerability exploitation tools, item duplication methods, private server resources, malicious scripts, malware, or information that compromises service security;

Harassment, threats, stalking, malicious doxxing, persistent harassment, discriminatory attacks, or organized harassment targeting specific players;

Large-scale spam, repetitive posting, fake giveaways, malicious advertising, or commercial promotions unrelated to the community;

Using automated tools to post content in bulk, manipulating likes/comments, faking interactions, or disrupting the normal operation of the community;

Any other content or conduct that, according to the "Player Rules & Enforcement Policy" or applicable laws, requires handling.

4.3 Review, Deletion, Reporting, and Appeal

To maintain community order and fulfill obligations under applicable laws, the operator may employ automated tools and manual processes for pre- and post-release review, risk identification, patrols, complaint handling, and appeal verification. In mainland China, the post-comment service will implement real-name authentication, content review management, real-time monitoring, complaint, and appeal mechanisms in accordance with the rules currently in effect.

For content that violates laws, infringes on rights, or breaches community rules, the operator may take appropriate community actions based on the severity, including warnings, refusal to publish, hiding or deleting posts or comments, deleting forum profiles, restricting forum or comment functions, or modifying theoffending name. If such content also constitutes a violation of in-game rules, corresponding in-game penalties may be imposed in accordance with the "Player Rules & Enforcement Policy."

If you believe your content was incorrectly deleted, misjudged, or improperly penalized, you may submit a complaint through the customer service center. We will review the case based on available logs, content records, reporting materials, and other evidence at the time.

5. Rights and Authorization of User-Generated Content

You retain the copyright or other legitimate rights to your original user-generated content. DAWNBLOOM does not automatically acquire ownership of such content merely because you have posted it on the Adventurers' Plaza platform.

To enable the operation of the forum, display of content, generation of thumbnails, multilingual presentation/translation, backup, review, recommendation, handling of reports, and reasonable dissemination within the official community, you hereby grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use your content, which may be sublicensed to designated service providers who provide essential technical processing. This license is granted solely for the purposes of operating and promoting DAWNBLOOM, showcasing your publicly available content, fulfilling legal obligations, and resolving disputes.

Upon your active deletion of content or account and completion of cancellation, the operator shall, within a reasonable technical period, cease public display of the deleted content; however, the following circumstances may permit retention of necessary copies: system backups that have not yet been rotated, content that has been legally cited or forwarded by other users, evidence related to disputes, complaints, or security investigations, records required to be retained by law, and content that has been incorporated into official thematic features or events and for which you have separately consented to its use.

You must ensure you have the right to upload any images, text, guides, screenshots, attachments, or other content you submit, and you are responsible for any disputes arising from uploading third-party works for which you do not hold the rights.

6. Free Redistribution Policy for Official Public Content

For convenient dissemination by players, media, and the community regarding DAWNBLOOM, the following officially released content on the official website is permitted for free republication without prior application or attribution: official news, announcements, public guides, public promotional screenshots, public promotional images, and materials explicitly marked by the operations team as eligible for public sharing.

This free redistribution does not transfer any intellectual property rights and does not include the following authorizations:

Impersonating DAWNBLOOM official channels, fabricating official statements, creating fake official websites, fake customer service, fake events, or misleading users into believing you have official authorization or endorsement;

Using DAWNBLOOM's name, logo, characters, artwork, or other elements to operate unauthorized private servers, pirated client software, counterfeit games, fraudulent websites, or commercial services that confuse users with the official product;

Re-packaging, reselling original artwork, music files, fonts, code, installation packages, or unpublished materials, including internal development or planning documents;

Modifying official installation packages, patches, or executable files and re-distributing them under the name of the official DAWNBLOOM version;

Using publicly available materials in contexts that are clearly illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful to player safety.

Ordinary players may edit, live-stream, comment, create guide videos, news reports, and community-sharing content, and such uses shall not be subject to additional restrictions under these terms; rights granted by applicable laws for fair use or citation shall remain unaffected.

7. Official Software and Game Downloads and Platform Links

The official website may provide download or redirect links based on actual release schedules. Specific platform availability, version numbers, system requirements, and regional accessibility will be determined by the page as displayed at the time of access.

The download rules cover the game and six apps. Obtain available builds from dawnbloom.net or official stores it expressly links, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or Steam. A product without an open download is a status listing, not a promised installer or launch date. Modified third-party builds are not official software.

User-acquired modified packages, cracked versions, repackaged APKs, private server clients, plugins, or other files obtained from third-party websites, cloud storage, chat groups, or other non-official sources do not constitute official delivery by DAWNBLOOM. The operator shall not guarantee the integrity, security, or availability of such non-official files; however, this does not affect the user's legally protected rights.

8. Official Website Store and Digital Goods

DAWNBLOOM's official website does not provide a general account balance "recharge" function as part of its current design. The official website store directly sells specified digital goods, and upon purchase, the corresponding items will be issued to the game account linked to or logged into at the time of purchase.

8.1 Payment Methods

The official website store may display payment options such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or other legally available payment methods, depending on region, device, and payment capability. The presence of a particular payment option on the page indicates only that such payment method is available in that specific scenario at the time, and does not imply that the payment institution endorses DAWNBLOOM or any product.

8.2 Fixed Content Chests and Random Chests

Fixed Content Chests: The full list of contents obtained is clearly listed prior to purchase, and the delivery outcome is non-random.

Random Treasure Chest: The opening results shall be generated according to the item pool and probability rules displayed on the product detail page at the time of purchase. The product detail page must clearly specify the price, scope of obtainable items, corresponding probability or probability rules, any necessary restrictions, and the effective version or time period.

The random outcome itself does not constitute a commitment to any specific item; however, the operator must genuinely implement the disclosed rules and shall not unilaterally alter the probability rules applicable to items already purchased by players through undisclosed mechanisms.

If, in the future, random item content or probabilities are adjusted due to version updates, the new rules shall generally apply only to purchases or applicable scenarios occurring after the new rules take effect; historical version information and transaction or draw records shall be retained as required by applicable law and dispute resolution needs.

8.3 Order Confirmation and Delivery

Upon user confirmation of the product, price, quantity, account, and payment method and submission of the order, the order and contract shall be deemed effective based on applicable law, payment outcome, and the provisions explicitly stated on the page at the time of submission. Once payment is successfully processed and confirmed by the system, the digital goods shall be directly issued to the corresponding DAWNBLOOM game account. In the event of duplicate deductions, order failure, delayed delivery, incorrect issuance, or any other anomalies, such issues shall be resolved through the customer service channel.

Refunds, withdrawals, erroneous purchases, unauthorized payments, refund boundaries for random-item goods, disputes arising from purchases and payments made through third-party platforms, and other related matters shall be governed by the independent "Sales & Refund Terms" and specific provisions outlined on the product page. This clause shall not exclude, through language such as "no refunds under any circumstances," any form of relief required by law.

9. Third-Party Platforms, Stores, Payment, and Links

The official website may contain links or integrate services from Apple, Steam, WeChat, Alipay, UnionPay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Cloudflare, social media platforms, or other third-party providers. Such third-party services are provided independently by their respective providers, and their availability, account systems, payment authorization, refund processes, content policies, and privacy practices are subject to the terms and conditions established by those providers.

Websites opened in Browser, source reports shown in News, mail services connected in Mail, and files selected by users remain subject to their respective sites, publishers, providers, and rights holders. DAWNBLOOM acquires no ownership of that content by displaying or processing it.

We will reasonably select and configure third-party services, but we cannot control temporary outages, regional restrictions, policy changes, or independent decisions made by third-party platforms. Responsibility arising from our own negligence shall not be transferred to third parties through this clause, and we will not assume liability for issues beyond our legal control.

10. Dawnbloom Guide and Automated Assistance Features

The official website may provide "Dawnbloom Guide" as an automated Q&A or navigation assistance feature to answer publicly available information such as game encyclopedias, events, occupations, Phantom Beasts, maps, and maintenance updates. Dawnbloom Guide is not the final authority on legal, payment, or account penalties.

Automated responses may contain errors in understanding, outdated information, or incomplete expressions. If there is a conflict between an automated response and the official announcement, product page, Player Rules & Enforcement Policy, Sales & Refund Terms, Privacy Policy, or manual customer service verification, the official rules and manual review results shall prevail. In cases involving account penalties, refunds, payment anomalies, privacy rights requests, or security incidents, users are advised to resolve such matters through the official customer service channels.

11. Website Security and Prohibited Technical Actions

Without explicit authorization, users shall not implement or assist in implementing any of the following actions:

Bypassing login, permission, risk control, CAPTCHA, access controls, or other security mechanisms;

Launching attacks, interference, performance testing, DDoS, malicious scanning, unauthorized intrusions, probing unpublished APIs, or attempting to access unauthorized data;

Conducting reverse engineering, tampering, or exploitation of the website, client, APIs, or security mechanisms for purposes such as cheating, account theft, circumvention of restrictions, duplication of virtual items, or service disruption;

Bulk scraping of user data, private content, forum data, or other non-public information;

Using automated tools for bulk account registration, credential stuffing, interface spamming, comment flooding, manipulation of popularity, or excessive consumption of service resources;

Uploading or disseminating viruses, malware, ransomware, malicious scripts, fake login pages, or other harmful code.

Normal search engine crawling based on the website's publicly disclosed robots.txt indexing settings, authorized API or automated access, and legally granted rights for interoperability or security research that cannot be excluded by contract are not automatically prohibited under these terms. When security researchers identify vulnerabilities, they are advised to responsibly disclose them through the official customer service or security contact channels.

12. Intellectual Property and Brand of DAWNBLOOM

Except for user-created and clearly third-party content, protected DAWNBLOOM expression in the game, six apps, website, Adventurers’ Plaza, and Dawnbloom Guide includes names, logos, icons, interfaces, code, characters, art, music, worlds, screenshots, video, and copy. It belongs to the operator or relevant rights holder or is used under license. Visited websites, source news reports, user mail, and third-party marks do not become DAWNBLOOM property.

The same protection extends to DAWNBLOOM-owned app names, icons, interfaces, client designs, visuals, and code. User originals and third-party news, pages, mail, and marks remain with their respective owners.

This provision grants users a limited license necessary for accessing and using the services, and does not constitute a sale or transfer of any intellectual property rights. Except for publicly available content explicitly permitted for free redistribution in Section 6, fair use/quotations permitted by law, and content obtained with prior written consent, no copying, sale, licensing, imitation, or use for commercial products that may cause confusion with DAWNBLOOM shall be permitted.

13. Violation Handling and Service Measures

Violation handling on the website, forum, and in-game will primarily follow the "Player Rules & Enforcement Policy." Based on the nature and severity of the behavior, appropriate measures may include warnings, mute, forced offline, temporary isolation (prison), permanent isolation (prison), freezing or revoking virtual items, deduction of values, transaction restrictions, modification of player/family names, dissolution of families, deletion of forum posts, and deletion of forum profiles. In severe cases, legal liability may be pursued under applicable laws.

DAWNBLOOM The operator shall not routinely impose permanent account suspension as the highest penalty for gaming violations; however, if a competent authority legally requires or if laws mandate the cessation of specific services, or if the account involves identity forgery/identity theft, system security emergencies, or other circumstances falling outside ordinary gaming penalties, the operator may, in accordance with the law, implement necessary access restrictions or suspend specific functions.

Penalties will take into comprehensive consideration factors such as evidence, severity of behavior, scope of impact, subjective intent, profit gained, recidivism, proactive remedial actions, and harm caused to other players; no guarantee that identical penalty periods will be applied mechanically in all cases. Users may file appeals in accordance with the "Player Rules" and the customer service process.

14. Website Maintenance, Version Updates, and Service Changes

The website, game, app downloads, account, community, and store services may be interrupted or adjusted for updates, fixes, or security. We will give reasonable advance or timely notice of material changes where practicable. This does not imply that an unreleased app is available.

The operator may add, modify, or discontinue free web features that have not formed independent payment commitments, but shall not unilaterally and retrospectively deprive users of digital goods, refunds, compensation, or other consumer rights lawfully obtained through standard form clauses. Upon overall business termination, necessary public notice and post-termination obligations shall be fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws.

15. Service Disclosure and Responsibility Boundaries

We will take reasonable measures to ensure the security, stability, and accuracy of the website; however, internet services cannot guarantee absolute faultlessness, zero latency, compatibility, or the continuous availability of third-party platforms. Responsibilities for issues arising from user devices, user-modified client software, unofficial installation packages, third-party independent failures, or force majeure events beyond the operator's reasonable control shall be determined based on the actual causes and applicable laws.

Any disclaimer or limitation of liability shall be effective only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This Agreement shall not exclude or limit liability arising from the operator's intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, personal injury, or any other liability explicitly prohibited by law from being excluded, and shall not affect the consumer's legally protected rights to refund, compensation, complaint, arbitration, or litigation, which are non-negotiable and irrevocable.

In particular, for Japanese consumers, this provision does not intend to exempt itself from responsibilities prohibited by laws such as the Consumer Contract Act, which expressly forbid such exemptions; for Chinese consumers, this provision does not contain "final interpretation rights reserved by the operator" or any other unfair format terms that are legally invalid.

16. Copyright, Trademark, and Infringement Complaints

If you believe that any content on Adventurers' Plaza or the official website infringes upon your copyright, trademark, likeness, reputation, privacy, or any other legitimate rights, you may submit to customer service a rights certificate, the specific location of the complained content, the grounds for infringement, your contact information, and any necessary declarations. We will take appropriate actions—including verification, restricting access, removal, forwarding the complaint, or restoration—based on applicable laws and evidence.

To qualify for the safe harbor protection under Section 512 of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for U.S. users, the operator must register a Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publicly disclose the agent's name, address, phone number, and email address on the official website. Additionally, a qualified takedown and counter-notice process must be established. Prior to completion of these procedures, this provision shall not be construed as automatically granting DMCA safe harbor status. DMCA-AGENCY-REG-2024

17. Privacy and Data Processing

Processing across the website, account, game, six apps, community, and support is governed by the unified DAWNBLOOM Privacy Policy and formally linked product notices. Local Browser data, News reading data, mail-provider content, and user files have distinct boundaries. These terms do not expand processing beyond the Privacy Policy.

18. Clause Updates and Notification

In response to changes in website features, platform rules, or applicable laws, we may amend these Terms. For minor revisions involving only textual adjustments, contact information updates, or modifications that do not substantially affect users' rights or obligations, we will update the version number and date on our official website. For significant amendments that materially impact accounts, forums, stores, responsibilities, or dispute resolution, we will provide prominent notice through official website announcements, login prompts, or other reasonable means, and, where required by law, will obtain user consent anew.

Orders that have been completed, disputes that have already arisen, and historical actions shall generally be handled in accordance with the rules effective at the time of the action or transaction establishment; except where laws require otherwise, where both parties have a valid agreement to the contrary, or where new rules are more favorable to the user.

19. Applicable Law, Consumer Rights, and Dispute Resolution

These terms generally establish the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operating entity as the foundational rules, but this does not exclude users, as consumers, from enjoying irrevocable rights granted by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to their place of residence or place of transaction.

In the event of a dispute, parties are advised to first resolve the matter through negotiation with the DAWNBLOOM Customer Service Center. If negotiation fails, either party may seek redress under applicable laws before the competent court, arbitration institution (if both parties have a valid arbitration agreement), or consumer protection or regulatory authorities. This clause does not limit users' legal rights to file complaints, report violations, request mediation, or initiate litigation.

20. Regional Supplementary Provisions

20.1 Mainland China

The posting, commenting, and replying functions of Adventurers' Plaza will implement the requirements of "backend real-name verification, front-end voluntary participation," content review and management, real-time monitoring, reporting, and appeal procedures within the applicable scope.

When selling digital goods directly through the official website, the actual operating entity, essential operating or licensing information, and the true details of the goods or services shall be legally disclosed. The price, quantity, payment method, delivery terms, and refund or cancellation policies shall be clearly displayed on the order confirmation or final confirmation page.

No format clause shall exclude consumers' statutory rights to file complaints, report violations, initiate litigation, request refunds, or claim compensation. No clause shall grant the operator unilateral final interpretation rights.

The commercial operation of online games in mainland China may also be subject to administrative compliance requirements such as game publishing licensing, real-name authentication, anti-addiction measures, payment regulations, and other supervisory provisions; the terms on this website do not replace these administrative compliance obligations.

20.2 United States

Game accounts, the player community, store purchases, and related game services currently require users to be 18 or older. Public pages and DAWNBLOOM Browser are not excluded by the game age gate. Browser age matters are governed by its separate Terms, the unified Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

When handling copyright takedown notices for forum or user-generated content directed at U.S. users, such notices shall be processed in accordance with applicable U.S. copyright law; to qualify for the safe harbor under DMCA Section 512, the designated agent registration, public disclosure of contact information, and notice/counter-notice procedures must be completed.

Product pages, payment confirmation, and promotional materials must not use false, misleading, or deceptive practices that conceal important conditions; consumers' statutory remedies under state or federal law shall not be excluded by these terms.

Additional consumer, auto-renewal, privacy, or digital goods regulations may exist in various U.S. states; prior to officially launching such services, actual transaction models must be reviewed to ensure compliance.

20.3 Japan

When selling digital goods directly to Japanese consumers via the official website, a legally mandated commercial information page shall be provided, clearly accessible, in accordance with the Specific Commercial Transactions Law, and the seller, price, payment method, delivery details, and cancellation/refund procedures shall be clearly displayed throughout the purchasing process.

Exemptions and liability limitations in these terms shall not exclude liability for intentional or gross negligence prohibited by laws such as the Consumer Contract Act.

The product description, random treasure chest drop rates, and significant transaction terms on the Japanese page shall be presented in a clear and easily understandable manner for Japanese users; no translation discrepancies shall undermine the legal consumer rights guaranteed by law.

21. Contact, Complaints, and Appeals
